ModernNest-KS Bed|Fire Pit|Near TU/Expo/Downtown

This place is great!!! We had to stay a night in Tulsa due to cancelled flight. The house had coffee and creamer stocked, which was a huge plus. Super comfy beds. Awesome outside area with fire pit. The neighbor peacock was an added bonus!!!!

We had a great stay here! It was easy to find, close to all the places we needed to get to, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Chelsea and Justin were very responsive and even proactively followed up to check in on us. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Tulsa. Also, when we were there we had the pleasure of seeing the neighborhood peacock and peahen roam around, which was unexpected but super cool! 😆

We were in town for business, and it was in the perfect location for us. Close to everything, and host was very accommodating!

Great stay

It was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown, the freeway, and the airport. The house was exactly as described. We didn’t encounter any issues. The two bonuses were the fire pit and the neighborhood peacock. Thank you

I can’t thank Chelsea and Justin enough for the last minute accommodation when our prior place cancelled last minute. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, beds soooo comfortable, and has washer and dryer. 1 minute from U of Tulsa. During our stay Chelsea and Justin reached out to see how everything was going and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Of course there wasn’t because this place is perfect!!! If you’re coming to Tulsa this is the place to stay. Thank you both so much!!!

The place was very clean and perfect for my family! we loved the location. Chelsea and Justin communicated throughout the entire trip to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. we will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful well kept home. Close to everything where we needed to be. Pleasantly surprised with the extra "at home" touches. Very comfortable and peaceful area. We especially enjoyed making S'mores around the fire pit. Bedding, pillow, and white noise machine provided a relaxing sleep. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Tulsa.

My husband and I go to Tulsa frequently, and this was one of our favorite places. If you're bringing dogs, you'll appreciate the spacious yard. The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet, and easy to locate. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other fun attractions like the Tulsa Zoo. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were additional amenities such as a sound machine in the bedroom and board games. Definitely recommended!

Loved our stay! Convenient location. Comfortable bedrooms, appreciated the white noise machine (we always use them at home) even though they weren't really needed as the neighborhood was very quiet. Justin and Chelsea were very responsive and appreciated them checking in on our stay to make sure we didn't need anything.

Great location and very spacious! This was a last minute trip for us and they were very accommodating with our dogs. Would definitely stay here again the backyard is HUGE and nice patio area to hangout. Would recommend!

The house was perfect for our quick trip to Tulsa with three teenagers! It was clean and had enough space for the five of us to be comfortable. I loved the Keurig and the noise machines to help with sleep! The neighborhood felt safe! Thank you!

This house was perfect for our weekend in Tulsa! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Chelsea and Justin were very friendly and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend!!

I really liked the setup. It was very spacious, the patio was very inviting and actually had dinner outside one evening. The beds were very comfortable. Quiet safe neighborhood. Would stay again. Felt very much at home.

Chelsea and Justin answered all questions within a couple minutes. Their home and yard were perfect for us. They have great suggestions for anyone looking to explore Tulsa.

Very comfortable! Fire pit area was peaceful. Enjoyed it so much I wanted to stay an extra night…… Owners responded to my request immediately and I was able to add extra night.

Was so glad to find a pet friendly home that allowed us to take our dog on a week long hiking vacation. Great location to get in and out of Tulsa easily. Also had lots of things to do around the neighborhood. Loved the fenced in back yard and patio area. Would definitely book again.

Highly recommend this place, especially if you have dogs! We stayed for the weekend, it was very clean, cozy and in a safe neighbourhood! Have saved this one for our next trip to Tulsa.

Chelsea and Justin place was absolutely beautiful and felt just like home , they made sure to send a quick message before check in as well as after check in to make sure we were settled in and didn’t need anything , they were super kind and helpful will absolutely be booking with them again in the future.

Chelsea and Justin's place was beautiful, and i loved the private fenced yard for my doggy to run and play in. Chelsea was so wonderful as my visit was very sudden and short and she was happy to help. The home is very clean and smelted nice. The beds were fabulous! I will definitely stay again.

Conveniently located and nice neighborhood. Interesting to have wild peacocks that live in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was easy and hassle free! Great space, clean and homey. The fire pit was an excellent touch. Communication was excellent and the location was perfectly in reach of plenty of restaurants and Gathering Place, which is an excellent place to take the kids nearby!

It was an absolute delight staying here. My family and I felt as if we were home away from home. My favorite part was the outside seating area. Initially I was unable to operate the umbrella shade, and both Chelsea and Justin came to the rescue with an entire replacement. They also allowed me and my family to check in early which was so awesome of them! Not only will I book with them every time I’m in Tulsa, I will recommend their properties to others…… Thank you again and again Chelsea and Jason

The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet! The only thing I recommend is getting some plug-ins. I didn't care for the smell of the home. Thanks so much!
